We are actively seeking experienced professionals across California who can operate independently, maintain high-quality files, and want to maximize their income without being weighed down by heavy corporate fees.

Transparent Compensation Plans

We believe you should keep the money you earn as an independent contractor. We offer two distinct, straightforward commission paths based on your business model:

• The 100% Option: Keep 100% of your gross loan fee or sales commission on self-generated deals, minus a flat $895 broker fee and a $75 quality control review fee.
• The 80/20 Option: Keep 80% of your gross loan fee or sales commission on self-generated deals.
• Reverse Mortgages: Earn a 90% split on self-generated reverse mortgages under the 100% plan, or an 85% split under the 80/20 plan.
• Broker-Provided Leads: If we provide the deal, you still earn a highly competitive 75% split.
• Fast Payouts: Commissions are paid the day after closing funds are received and the file passes our standard QC review.

Minimum Qualifications

To ensure the highest standard of service, we require our agents to have proven, recent experience and operate autonomously.

• Real Estate Agents: Must possess and maintain an active California DRE License.
• Mortgage Loan Originators: Must possess and maintain an active California DRE License and an active NMLS endorsement.

• Expert Broker Access: Direct access to a highly involved broker with 20+ years of experience for pricing, rate sheets, and compliance support.
